1.3. Use of the website, dashboard, Telegram bot, trial access, payment for a subscription or connection to the VPN means that the User agrees to these Terms.
1.4. If the User does not agree with these Terms, the User must stop using Spora VPN.
2. Service Description
2.1. Spora VPN provides the User with access to a digital VPN service for connecting to VPN infrastructure through compatible applications.
2.2. Access to the Service may be provided through the dashboard, Telegram bot, email authorization, subscription link or other methods available at the time of use.
2.3. The Service may include:
- a user dashboard;
- subscription management;
- subscription link generation;
- setup instructions;
- access to one or more VPN locations;
- support via email and Telegram;
- additional features that may appear as the Service develops.
2.4. The features, available countries, applications, servers, protocols and other technical capabilities may change without prior notice.
2.5. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. The Administration makes reasonable efforts to keep Spora VPN stable, but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, absence of errors, delays, maintenance periods or restrictions caused by third parties.
2.6. Spora VPN does not guarantee availability of any specific website, application or third-party service, as their operation may depend on providers, network restrictions, device settings and actions of third parties.
3. Registration and Account
3.1. To use the Service, the User may sign in through Telegram, email or another available authorization method.
3.2. The User agrees to provide accurate information necessary for operation of the Service, subscription management, support and communication.

4.4. The subscription is valid for the paid period. After the subscription expires, access to the Service may be suspended until renewal or purchase of a new subscription.
4.5. The Administration may change plans, plan contents, access terms, available locations and applications. Such changes do not reduce an already paid subscription period unless explicitly stated otherwise.
5. Trial Access
5.1. The Administration may provide trial access for checking connection quality, device compatibility, application compatibility and the User’s network.
5.2. Trial access is not a mandatory feature and may be provided, changed or disabled at the Administration’s discretion.

6. Refund Terms
6.1. Spora VPN provides a digital service in the form of access to a VPN subscription. Once the subscription is activated and access is provided, the service is considered to have started.
6.2. A refund may be considered individually at the Administration’s discretion if access to the paid subscription was not provided or if there was a confirmed technical issue on the Spora VPN side that could not be resolved within a reasonable time.
6.3. A refund may be unavailable if:
